THis is a creamy Tonkotsu style soup combined with thin and hard noodles. A classic from the Hajata region, this noodle has a rich pork bone flavour soup base.

Noodles 75.5%: wheat flour, vegetable oil (palm oil, antioxidants (butylated hydroxyanisole(E320), butylated hydroxytoluene (E321))), starch, salt, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate (E621)), acidity regulator (triphosphates(E451)), emulsifier (sodium carboxy methyl cellulose (E466)). Seasonings 24.5%: vegetable oil (palm oil, antioxidants (butylated hydroxyanisole (E320), butylated hydroxytoluene (E321))), creamer powder (milk protein), salt, sugar, flavour enhancers (monosodium glutamate(E621), disodium inosinate (E631), disodium guanylate (E627)), oil powder (milk), tonkotsu flavour 0.9% (sesame), spices, yeast extract, roasted sesame, sesame oil, soy sauce powder (wheat, soybean), dried leek, starch, chicken flavour (barley, milk), fish sauce (stolephorus spp), stabiliser (guar gum (E412)), anticaking agent (silicon dioxide (E551)), colour (plain caramel (E150A)).
