Shipping

Are there shipping fees?

Free shipping on dry goods above €60

When will my products will be delivered?

Orders placed before 12 PM will be dispatched within two business days. (depending on DHL’s schedule).
*We only ship to the Netherlands and Belgium!

What times will deliveries be made?

Our groceries are delivered throughout the Netherlands (excluding the Wadden Islands and the Kaag) and Belgium via our partner DHL. Orders placed before 12 PM are dispatched within two business days. You will receive a track and trace code once your order is registered in the delivery system.

What happens when I am not home?

If the groceries cannot be delivered, it depends on what kind of order you have placed. If there are fresh and/or frozen items in your order, everything will be sent back unfortunately. If there are no fresh and/or frozen items in your order, it will be delivered at the next possibility.

Orders

Can I change my delivery address?

You can change your address a day before the delivery. Unfortunately, an address change cannot be made on the day itself anymore.

Can I cancel an order?

An order can be cancelled, when it isn’t dispatched yet. The full amount will be refunded. When the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled anymore.

What if my order is not complete?

If there are products missing of damaged, contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will look for fitting ways to solve the problem. Please state your name and order number, we will assist you as soon as possible.

What if something is wrong with my products?

We always do our best to guarantee you the best quality as possible, but since we work with food, we cannot always guarantee a refund. We can only give a refund, when there is something wrong with the quality of our products. When you detect a problem, please contact our customer care as soon as possible.

Returns

Can I return my products?

We don’t take any returns, because we work with food. We make an exception for products that are delivered wrong, or when there is something wrong with the quality of the products.

ETC

I cannot find what I need.

If the product is not available on our website, the product is not in stock anymore. Contact our customer service for actual stock and/or back-in-stock dates.
