- Open Orders and choose the order.
- Choose Cancel items if it has not shipped yet, or Return items if it has already arrived.
- Select the items and confirm.
We send you an email confirming your request straight away.
Cannot sign in, or is your order already on its way?
You never have to create an account to cancel, and any clear statement that you are cancelling is enough. Use our contact form, email webshop@shillamarket.com, or post the form below to Shilla Market, Legmeerdijk 169D, 1432 KA Aalsmeer, Netherlands.
What you cannot cancel
Some products are excluded by law.
- Food, drink and alcohol that has been opened or unsealed
- Beauty and personal care products that have been opened or unsealed
- Fresh and frozen products, and anything else that spoils quickly
Something damaged, faulty or incorrect is a different matter — email us and we will sort it out.

After you cancel
Send the products back within 14 days, at your own cost, to Shilla Market, Legmeerdijk 169D, 1432 KA Aalsmeer, Netherlands. We refund within 14 days of your cancellation, using the payment method you paid with. Full conditions: Returns & refunds.
