Hallasan 17 Soju is a premium soju made with local ingredients from Hallasan in Korea. After fermenting and distilling domestic rice, the state-of-the-art cooling method of cooling below 0°C to remove the harsh flavor and odor of the distilled soju undiluted solution, ultra-purity deodorization with high-quality activated carbon, and in-line blender method for fine and uniform blending. It is a low-water soju that is mild and soft on the throat by adding the leaching solution of the leaf larvae grown in the clean Jeju Halla Mountain 800 meters high.
