Every Izakaya in Japan has this Shochu on the menu. Made from the 'Koganesgan' sweet potato and by using the Kuro (black) koji in the fermentation, a unique full product with the sweet potato is clearly present in the finish.
Drink with ice or with a dash of hot or cold water.
