Bekseju (백세주) is a traditional Korean herbal rice wine, known for its unique flavour and cultural significance. This alcoholic beverage is brewed with glutinous rice and a blend of twelve different herbs, including ginseng, ginger, and cinnamon, which impart a complex, subtly sweet, and earthy taste with a smooth finish.
