Orders & dispatch
Order before 12:00. Orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays via our partner DHL. You will receive a track and trace code once your order is registered in the delivery system.
Countries we ship to
The Netherlands (excluding the Wadden Islands and the Kaag), Belgium, Germany, France and Luxembourg.
How shipping fees are calculated
Your shipping fee depends on the destination country and the total weight of your order. The Netherlands has a fixed rate; for the other countries a heavier order falls into a higher weight bracket, so the fee increases with weight. The exact shipping fee is always calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Netherlands - Free shipping on orders over €60, otherwise €6.95 (up to 30 kg)
Belgium - from €9.95
Germany - from €11.95
France - from €15.95
Luxembourg - from €12.95
The prices shown are starting rates for the lightest weight bracket; the final fee depends on your order's weight and is shown at checkout.
Weight limit
Shipping is available for orders up to 30 kg.
