The product we’re introducing this time is Kim Ja-ban Bokkeum, which is delicious even if you just sprinkle it on rice and eat it. Domestic seaweed is stir-fried at high temperatures to create a crispy and refreshing texture. It’s seasoned appropriately with sesame oil, salt, and sugar to create a savory yet salty Kim Ja-ban.
