Japgok (잡곡), or multi-grain rice, is a staple in Korean households, blending white rice with a variety of other grains and beans. This mix from Naturefarm contains 15 different germinated grains, which are sprouted to enhance their nutritional value and make them easier to digest. The germination process also gives the grains a slightly sweeter taste and a softer texture compared to their ungerminated counterparts. Simply add a spoonful or two of this mix to your regular white rice before cooking to create a more wholesome and flavourful meal. This is an easy way to add fibre, vitamins, and minerals to your daily diet, commonly served alongside Korean stews and side dishes. For best results, you may want to soak the mixed grains for about 30 minutes before cooking with your rice. This product contains SOY and WHEAT.
