Sakurai Okonomiyaki flour using rice is an okonomiyaki flour whose main ingredient is rice produced by Mr. Kataoka in Gifu Prefecture. The ingredients used are organic chickpea flour from the U.S., potato starch grown under contract in Hokkaido, and shiitake mushroom powder grown on logs in Japan. Instead of baking powder, baking soda from Inner Mongolia is used as an expanding agent, and no wheat or animal ingredients are used.
