Soon Veggie Ramyun (순라면) is a mild Korean instant noodle soup made by Nongshim. This ramen is known for its clean, savoury vegetable broth, which is completely vegan and has a gentle flavour profile without the intense spice of many other Korean noodles. The noodles themselves are satisfyingly chewy and are accompanied by a packet of dehydrated vegetables, including mushrooms, carrots, and green onions. It's a quick and convenient option for a light lunch or a simple weeknight dinner, ready in just a few minutes. To prepare, simply boil the noodles and vegetable mix with the soup powder in water for 4-5 minutes. This product is vegan-certified and contains WHEAT and SOY.
