Use this sukiyaki soup base to make an authentic Japanese hot pot. It is enriched with soy sauce and Hidaka kelp from Hokkaido.
Sukiyaki is a traditional Japanese hot pot with a sweet soy base. Thinly sliced beef, tofu, noodles and vegetables are added to the fragrant broth.
To make sukiyaki at home, add your ingredients to the soup base and simmer until cooked. If you follow a plant-based diet, try adding oyster mushrooms instead of beef.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, consume immediately.
