Gamjatangmyeon (κ°μžνƒ•λ©΄), or Korean potato noodle soup, is a popular instant ramen from Korea known for its unique noodles. Made with potato starch, the noodles have a distinctly chewy, springy, and smooth texture that sets them apart from typical wheat-based ramen. The accompanying soup base is a rich and savoury broth with a mild, peppery spice that is hearty without being overpowering.
