Miso soup (ε‘³ε™Œζ±) is a traditional Japanese soup made from a stock called dashi, into which softened miso paste is mixed. This instant version from Hikari Miso features their Enjuku Koji Miso, which is known for a mild, rounded, and umami-rich flavour profile, complemented by silky pieces of tofu. It provides a quick and convenient way to enjoy an authentic Japanese staple, perfect for a light lunch, a side dish for a main meal, or a comforting starter. To prepare, simply empty one sachet into a bowl, add 160ml of hot water, and stir well until the paste is fully dissolved. The individual sachets make it easy to prepare a single serving at home or at the office. This product contains SOY and may contain traces of fish (bonito).
