Cho Gochujang (์ดˆ๊ณ ์ถ”์žฅ) is a Korean spicy dipping sauce made by combining gochujang (chilli paste) with vinegar and other sweeteners. This version from CJ Haechandeul offers a perfect balance of spicy, sweet, and tangy flavours, with a smooth, pourable consistency that makes it incredibly versatile.
