This ceremonial-quality matcha is one of the finest available. It is made from the first harvest in early spring and is characterized by a beautiful bright green color and a slightly sweet, smooth umami flavor with a silky head.

Make a paste of appr. 2gr of matcha (1 teaspoon) and some water. Add 90ml of warm water (max. 80ºC). Whisk until frothy, using a W-shaped motion.
