Ceremonial Matcha High Grade
This premium quality matcha is of the highest quality and suitable for ceremonial preparation. It is made from the first and second harvest of the season and is characterized by a grass-green color and a perfect umami balance with a soft foam for a perfect taste experience.

Make a paste of appr. 2gr of matcha (1 teaspoon) and some water. Add 90ml of warm water (max. 80ºC). Whisk until frothy, using a W-shaped motion.
