Daesang Chung Jung One Chinese Black Bean Paste is the Korean interpretation of the Chinese style black bean paste, which is called chunjang in Korea. With this reason, this variety is more popular with the Sino-Korean fusion dishes. Some of the noodle dishes popular in Korea, especially the Jajangmyeon noodle dish make use of this black bean paste in cooking.
