Order before 12:00. Orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays via our partner DHL. You will receive a track and trace code once your order is registered in the delivery system.

The Netherlands (excluding the Wadden Islands and the Kaag), Belgium, Germany, France and Luxembourg.

How shipping fees are calculated

Your shipping fee depends on the destination country and the total weight of your order. The Netherlands has a fixed rate; for the other countries a heavier order falls into a higher weight bracket, so the fee increases with weight. The exact shipping fee is always calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
