Mihyang (미향) is a Korean cooking wine (맛술), used to soften strong aromas in meat and fish and to lend a mild sweetness. This one from Ottogi is blended with lemon vinegar, malt and yeast extracts and a little salt, so it carries a gentle acidity alongside the sweetness.

Splash it over meat or fish before cooking, or add it to marinades, stir-fries and braises. It is a cooking seasoning, not a drink.
