Shipping policy

Order before 12:00. Orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays via our partner DHL. You will receive a track and trace code once your order is registered in the delivery system.

We ship to the Netherlands (excluding the Wadden Islands and the Kaag), Belgium, Germany, France and Luxembourg.

Netherlands — free on orders over €60, otherwise €6.95
Belgium — from €9.95
Germany — from €11.95
France — from €15.95
Luxembourg — from €12.95

The Netherlands has a fixed rate. For the other countries the prices above are starting rates for the lightest weight bracket, and a heavier order falls into a higher bracket. The exact shipping fee is always calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping is available for orders up to 30 kg. For orders over 30 kg, please contact us at webshop@shillamarket.com.
