Udon Soup” is an easy way to enjoy richly flavored udon soup by simply dissolving it in hot water. This authentic Kansai-style udon broth is made with the umami of Hokkaido kelp and the richness of bonito flakes, and is finished with honjozo light soy sauce. It can be used in a wide variety of dishes such as soup, dashimaki tamago (rolled egg), takikomi-gohan (steamed rice), chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), oden, etc.
