Nengmyeon is a traditional Korean soup made with noodles made from buckwheat flour, potato, and sweet potato.
There are different varieties of nengmyeon. The two best known are mul naengmyeon and bibim naegmyeon.
Nengmyeon is mostly eaten in the summer. The noodles are very long (this symbolizes the longevity of life and good health in the Far East).
Assi Dongchimi Nengmyun yuksoo is a broth for mul nengmyeon.
